Showing her a display led video of body movements in the forest around us from my phone. "They are in the woods, to kill us. We have to move quickly, stay by my side and never stop for anything. Please." Grey eyes begs her to obey me. She nods, watching her eyes dilates more in panic.
Taking the CZ75 handgun out of my hand, my eyes fall on hers worried, she looks right back at me dead serious. "I won't let you do it alone. It is two of us remember, so don't fight it with me." This isn't the life I want or plan to give her.
