As they drove to Alex's old Victorian house, Tanya said quietly to Alex, "I have done some thinking, and I sort of want your opinion on it." "On what?" There was an edge to Alex's voice. "My house," Tanya replied sincerely. "Now, before you say anything; I am not going to sell it. I have decided." Alex smiled at that. "Good," he said. "I want to rent it out. I was thinking I could offer it for cheap to Jack."  Tanya noticed the unsettling look on Alex's face and placed her hand against his. "His parents are going through a painful divorce. It would be good for him, and I think it would be good for me, too. I don't want to stay there anymore, especially when I could just stay at your place." There was a hint of a smile at the corners of his mouth. "Are you asking, to move in with me?"
