Helga and Helion took Emma back to their suite. When they were alone again they started taking. “After all we’ve been through to get back here and return for your body, why would you have second thoughts now? Helga began. “There are good and bad things that come with being me. We’d have money money than we could every need. There are grudges and enemies that want me dead. Some of them don’t even know why. They may target you and Emma to hurt me.” Helion declared. “What would we have with a new body? I was pretty happy with the prospect of your your body. It’s handsome, the tentacles will take a little getting used to, but I’ve already envisioned them wrapped around me.” Helga teased. “We might not be able to have any children. Our body’s might not be conducive to that. I could be human and have a family free of those issues.” Helion suggested. “Whatever we could have, you wouldn’t be happy or comfortable in anybody you weren’t born into. My world was hard, I would like to see what life we can make for our daughter here.” Helga replied. “I could pick a different race. We’d still the ship. We would be free of my family enemies. It would also free me of my family obligations.” Helion responded. “It is your decision ultimately, just keep in mind, I’ve already seen how to pleasure you. If you pick some new body, it would be harder to learn.” Helga said playfully. “I’m just trying to explore all our options. I want you to have options. Take the night to look at what my life was like before you commit to that course. My family might not be willing to accept my taking you as a wife. We could lose all we hoped to have. It’s just fair you know all the facts beforehand.” Helion replied. “It can’t be to much worse than what I was born into. None of my paths produced anyone of note. That could all change here.” Helga replied. Helga spent the night reviewing Helion’s memories closely. His family interactions were more business like. They were not like what she was used to with her own. They treated him more like a business trainee than what she expected. They were focused on making sure his schooling was going well and he was progressing in an acceptable manner. They did show him they were proud of his achievements but the emotional exchanges were almost nonexistent. Helga was able to see his whole life. It had been richly filled with learning. It was hard for her to understand how he remember it all. He seemed to be able to remember everything. She only asked two questions during her review. “How do you remember everything? And, would my daughter be allowed to learn all this?” “My people have better memory than most species. Your daughter would have access to the information, how much she was able to learn would depend on her ability more than anything else. Women in my race are equals and often outshine men.” Helion answered. The next morning Helga woke up. “I still think we should get your original body back. What happens after than we can deal with as it comes. It is important you are yourself. Whatever else happens, you will be better able to function and teach us how to survive out here with you.” She decided. “Then we will go that route. It will be good to have my body back. I’m not sure it is the best course of action but we will see how it plays out.” Helion stated. They returned to find Jalawal for breakfast. They informed him of their decision. Proving who he was took the better part of a day. He was asked a series of standardized questions. They were mostly about his childhood and schooling. They included: What day were you born? What day did you day? What were the circumstances of your death? There were two hundred questions and all had to be validated to prob his identity. This was only the first step of proving his identity. No single person would have access to all the answers to his questions. The specifics from his cause of death would only be available by review his crash site. His parents would be contacted for answers to others. His schools would be contacted to provide the answers to others. If his answers proved correct with at least a ninety eight percent accuracy rate, he would be allowed to have a clone built. And reclaim his identity. It took a week for all the records to be checked and reviewed. He had scored one hundred percent. With living relatives, they were provided an opportunity to contest the ruling. His parents called him to ask another batteries of questions. They were things only Helion would know. They were false answers to their family history his had been trained to use over unsecured channels such as this. It was a better test that true information. They consented at they end of the test.  “We will send the guard to pick you up. It is good that you were able to return. You will have a sister in a few months.” His parents informed him before they turned off their monitor. It took another two weeks for his clone to be crafted. The ship had arrived to escort him back and there were ten security guards hat watched his doors around the clock. Helion saw it as impractical and a waste of time. It should Helga they actually did value their son and cared for his well-being. It was a good sign for her. Helion’s essence was removed from Hegla’s body. When they both woke up again the absence of the other in their shared body disturbed them. They were left in their recovery room together per their request. Helga had never been without him inside her body. It felt like a big part of her self had been ripped out of her. It took a while for her to get used to it. Helion found it easier. He had lived eighteen years before he died, but he missed her too. As soon as Helga was able to get up, she climbed into Helion’s bed. They explored each other’s body’s and became one again. It wasn’t a long time but neither was keen to be far from the other for long. They dressed again about an hour later. Emma was waiting for them to wake up, so they couldn’t wait to long. Emma was unsure what to make of Helion. He was tall and lean. Dressed in a uniform of white with blue bottoms. His skin was an aqua blue. He had two thin tail like tentacles coming off his shoulder blades. Other than those abnormal features he largely human. The tentacles were like extra hands. They looked like snakes without eye but could be useful for holding items. They could also be use to fly ships, fight or many other things. He had they behind himself just trailing in the full down mode. He didn’t want them to scare Emma. They spent a few hours getting to know each other. Then it was time to go again. The three boarded the ship Helion’s parents sent for him. The ship he had built was placed in that ship’s cargo hold. They were back on his home world again. Only about a month had passed since his death. Little had changed on his home world except for increased security.  His parents summoned him for a meeting. Helga and Emma were not welcomed to join this meeting. It was only the first time they had seen him since he had been reborn. “So it beings. This should be a fact finding mission for my parents. They will want to know why I brought you and the child with me. They will presume I made some deal with you for my safe return. It might even go more in depth than that. I will have the staff take you up to my rooms and bring you food. After the meeting ends, I’ll come tell you the details.” Helion informed her. Then he walked away. A member of the staff took her to his rooms. Many different trays of foods were delivered. They were sample plates. All of the foods were delicacies. She was being given a taste testing to chose things she liked and didn’t. Emma was eating and enjoying many of them too. One member of the staff had stayed to attend to her needs. Like Helion they were able to understand her language easily. The way this servant took care of her, was what she envisioned royalty would be treated like in castles during her time.  Helion’s apartments were large and opulent. They were filled with items on display. Some looked elaborate was others looked like parts of spaceships of other machines. There was also a room of paintings. The paintings were so good they almost looked like the subjects could walk out of them at any moment.
