Alpha Harvey's POV:
I didn't know Maliya had left the party. I had been too engrossed in speaking with my friends and ignoring their teasing.
I had wanted to spend time with Maliya for the whole of the part but she seemed quite off and I had no idea why. I wanted to think the announcement had been too shocking for her to take but i decided to leave her be, hoping she would come around later on.
I knew she didn't feel comfortable with a lot of people. I hadn't tagged her to be such an introverted person but this one was an eye opener for me so I let her be. One or two times, my friends had asked me to check in on her as she was drinking so much alcohol but I had waved it off, telling my friends to mind their business as Maliya was only having the time of her life, or so it seemed.
