"It's just a slight fever. Hormonal imbalance too," The doctor said as he snapped his briefcase shut. "I think she needs more supplements and enough rest."
Harvey, who sat on the bed beside me, brushed my hair back and nodded. "That will be taken care of."
The doctor turns to look at me. "I also think it's time for you to consider your diet, sleeping patterns and activities that might bring you stress. Taking care of children can be more than stressful, you know?"
I nodded with a laugh. "Yes. You're right. They can be overbearing at times. But I love taking care of them. It makes us bond more."
