The tears struggling in my eyes rolled down the moment I caught Leo sitting before me. What the hell was he up to? I don't even doubt that he's behind all these, but I should ask how he came to know that my mother was hospitalized—and the key to the ward she was laid to.
I stood up, looking into his eyes. “What have you done, Leo? Are you okay upstairs? Is that how you show your love?” I growled and he smirked.
“That question should be for you…” he licked his lips. “What were you thinking when you left her to be alone with the kids, knowing that there's a lot of danger out there? Is that how you love? Putting your dying mother first before her huh?” he grinned.
