I sat back tightly, I was mad. Mika was going to get detention just for defending a teacher, I doubt the principal will believe her when she shares her part of the story. I had to do something.
I raise my hands.
“Yes, Chloe? Do you have any questions? You should let me explain some more before asking.” Mrs. Lawrence said.
I stood up, “I don't have any questions, I know everything about the Nervous system so there is nothing to ask.”
“I'm glad to know that you are ahead of the class, but what is your reason for calling my attention?”
“Can you excuse me for a moment?”
“Why? Where to?”
“To the principal’s office, my best friend is there alone, I can't possibly leave her,” I said.
