Kal carried Trinity bridal style back home and up to their room. They took a bath together in silence. Trinity rest her head back against his shoulder as he traced smalls circles on her stomach. They were both pretending everything was fine just for the night. Finding out they were having a pup together was great news but couldn’t have come at the worst time.
