AMELIA'S POV The erring sound of the birds echoed loudly as they tweeted their melodious rhythms in the woods. The sun scorched my skin as I walked slowly, counting each step I took and my armpit itched due to the sweat building from there. The black veil covering my head was aggravating my discomfort, too bad I couldn't remove it at the moment. Gianna, whose pace was tallying with mine, exchanged glances with me as we kept on walking. There was a lot going on in our mind, anger was one of them, I couldn't believe none of our plans worked. Ophelia didn't drink the juice nor get tied to a chair! Even after persisting with her to take a sip, she dares to toss the drink away like she knew something was inside. Or did she know? Her shadow marks… it was beginning to scare the s**t out
