Princess Areza frowned again. “Why not?”
“Because my sweet, I don’t want you to die in the battle. I cannot and will not take it. I will make a deal with the demon just to bring you back if that happens,” he said while looking at her tenderly.
Princess Areza was deeply touched by his words. “Really? But I don’t want you to deal with a demon, maybe with an Angel, that would be fine,” she said joking but in her mind, dealing with an Angel is like dealing with the demon too. Everything has conditions and consequences.
King Severo nodded and gently touched her nose. “I am a Demi-God, I can make a deal with the Gods. So, yes not with the demon, neither Angel but with the Gods.”
