The doors opened as soon as I stepped just a centimeter close and like the rest of the room's humid air hissed out and brushed against my face the moment I stepped inside.
I stopped without meaning to and looked around at the space that I had just walked into.
The room beyond was nothing like the laboratories I had seen before. This, I had to agree , was far more massive. There were steel tables stretched across the room in neat rows, each one covered with equipment I didn't recognize.
