A Fight to Finish

Chapter 7

I wake up with a splitting headache and pains below my abdomen. I also notice I'm not wearing any clothes and I become confused. I try to recall everything from last night but I can't seem to. I look below my waist and I see blood stains on the sheets. “Did I see my period or what” I ask myself. Everything comes flooding back, dad, the hospital, dinner with Charlie and after that I started to feel dizzy. No, it can't be, Charlie couldn't have. I try to stand up but it's quite painful then it hits me. I have been betrayed by my own friend. I've heard of people getting r***d but I never imagined I'll ever be one. Charlie f*****g r***d me. Tears of pain, anger and regret trickle down my face. That moron will pay for this. I manage to get up, change the sheets, have a hot bath to relieve the pain a bit and I take some painkillers. I go downstairs and the bastard's no where to be found which is kinda the best thing he did else, I'd rip him apart. I drink tea and biscuits and leave for the gang house. “Charlie” I yell as I burst through the door of the gang house. “Dallas, what the….” “Where the f**k is Charlie” I ask Chase. “Inside with boss and the rest, what…” I don't wait to hear what he has to say but rush to where Charlie is seated. The moment he sees me his eyes widen. I go to him, grab him by the collar and pull a gun to his forehead. “Dallas what's this nonsense” boss says. “Ask this asshole what he's done to me” I say, “D, please let me explain” Charlie begs. “You better shut the f**k up or I'll blow your head off” I spit angrily. “What did he do” Troy asks. “He f*****g r***d me” I shout and hear others curse. “Is it true” boss asks him, “I can explain” he says. “I said is it true, yes or no” boss barks. “Yes” he says and my hand flies across his face. “Well he's in your hands, do whatever you want with him” boss tells me. “Thanks” I tell him, “don't kill him” Kendrick says, “but that's what I wanna do, it was my first” I yell. “That s**t hurts” someone hisses, “boss please, he could get suspended or even get thrown out but not killed” Kendrick pleads. “Fine but I'm gonna deal with him” I say. I drag him out and show him what I'm made of before going to the hospital.

I get to the hospital and go to dad's room to see mom. “Hi Mom” I say. She looks so worn out and my heart breaks. “Hey sweetie, how're you” she says “I should be the one asking you that” I tell her “how's dad by the way” I add. “There's still no improvement” she says tearfully. I hug her and pat her back. “Have you eaten anything” I ask “no” “okay, let me go home and prepare something for you to eat” “okay, be safe” she tells me. I go home and prepare potato omelette and meat balls and pack it. I get back to hospital to give mom the food and I see Alysa in the room with her. “Hey girl” I say and give the food to mom. “You girls go hang out while I stay with David” she tells us “are you sure” “I'll be fine” she says. Alysa and I go downstairs, “have any place in mind” she asks me “let's go to the park” “alright” “how did you know we were at the hospital” I ask her. “I went to your house after school cause I didn't see you today and didn't hear anything from you either, so I met Tyler and he told me what happened so I came” “thanks, it really means a lot” I tell her. I feel bad for not telling her about Charlie but when she finds out she'll understand why. We stroll to the park and she tells me about school. We get to the park and I plug in my headphones. I start feeling somehow cause the park is somewhat empty. I mean kids are supposed to be running all over the place. “Don't you think this place is a bit creepy” I turn to ask her but she's not there. “Alysa” I call but to no avail. “Alysa, where're you” I yell. She'd never walk away without telling me. I start looking for her. I feel someone grab me from behind but before I react my nose is covered with a piece of clothing, I lose consciousness.
