I blinked back tears and looked away. "I was only worried about your whereabouts. I felt something was wrong and came in search of you, but since everything is alright, I'll take my leave." I said and began walking away.
I had only taken a few steps before warm hands grabbed my wrists. "Stop." He said, and I stopped walking.
What does he want because there was nothing to talk about between us. I asked how the rumours about me had leaked, and he went further to say I accused him of spreading the rumour.
Where's the empathy over what was supposed to be a secret between us, and has now gotten to public ears?
