Isabella's POV
When Ryan and Jessica suddenly disappeared from the Ashmoon Pack, I knew that I was now faced with one enemy, and that enemy was Darius. I failed to take out Ryan and Jessica, but I was not going to bother myself about them but deal with Darius until I had gotten my ground, and then I would go after Ryan and Jessica myself.
I knew he was going to be extremely angry, so I did not bother saying a word to him at that moment until I was certain that his anger would have begun to die down.
It was not until the next day, almost in the evening, that I went to his chamber with a tray of food in my hand, wanting to calm him down, and despite how resistant he was, I still insisted on going into the room and dropping in the food for him.
