He was staring at the Seer with a look of worry on my face because that question was one I did not expect. Why would I have sought the opinion of Jessica? If I was completely honest with him, I did not want to invoke Jessica at all because that would mean risking her life again by asking her to use the Luna Shadow Curse, which she shouldn't be using anytime soon.
"Jessica does not have a business with this Seer. She has risked her life so much for us, and I would not want her to be a part of this anymore," I said to the seer, but instead of responding to me, he burst into laughter.
