“I want that necklace!” Isabella said as she was being helped to her feet. “Get me that necklace now”
I smiled within seeing her scared. She deserves everything coming to her and this time around I wasn’t scared of her.
One of the soldiers walked over to my side and tried to pick up the necklace, but it burned his hands as well.
I turned around to Murphy and the smile on his face was evident.
It is almost like the wizard knew this would happen and dropped enchantment into it.
“Why can’t the enchantment be removed?” Lucian asked, staring at me. “What did you do with it?”
