GODRIC STOPPED CLIMBING the passageway and turned. “What is it?” Alastair asked. “Did you hear that?” Warwicke patted his brother’s shoulder. “Ghosts, bro?” Godric shook his head and started walking again. An icy breeze tore past, bringing with it the moldy smell of a tomb. A soft, disembodied whisper rode the breeze. He stuttered to a stop again. Looking at his brothers with wide eyes, he asked. “Are you sure you didn’t hear that?” Warwicke laughed. “You’re acting like a girl, 'Deric.
