The night embraced the chaos brewing in the capital. Homesteads were ablaze, smoke ascended towards the full moon as the houses burned down. The captives that had recently broken free roamed the streets of Royal Republic, carrying their torches up high. They chanted and shouted at the top of their lungs, making sure the undead knights had their attention drawn towards them. This was a part of an intricate plan drawn out by mysterious visitor who sought to grant them the freedom they craved for. They did this in order to create a diversion as instructed by Anato Strider.
