Gin Pov
That one hit a bit harder than the others. Everything mentally is functioning fine, but my body seems to be having some sort of aftershock.
Jasper luckily is talented at grounding me, it isn't too long before I steady myself against him. I can't help but feel guilty, at being so useless during our limited time together.
I look down at my hand in his noting the slight tremors.
"I'm sorry, Jasper."
He lifts me gently so I'm sitting in front of him, and he rubs his hands up and down my arms.
"No, you have no reason to be sorry Gin. We all need some extra comfort every now and then, me included. We can have a cozy day in, I can pamper you and we can just relax. How's that sound, Angel?"
