I entwine my fingers with hers and lead her into the restaurant portion of the hotel.
"Reservation for two under Darkvein."
A small man in a suit escorts us through the restaurant to a private table towards the back of the establishment.
I pull out a chair for Gin, and she sits down a faint blush swallowing her features. I sit down across from her and hand her a menu.
"Decide what you want, Angel."
I watch as she scrunches up her face while reading through the menu. I smile, while memorizing this moment with her.
A pleasant older woman approaches the table and asks for our drink orders.
"I will have a scotch on the rocks and she will have......"
Gin flashes her emerald eyes upward at the waitress.
"I will have a red wine, please."
We flash our ID's and she departs
