Amber's POV
I was basically the one left in charge after Ella collapsed. Doctor Mel had to sedate her because the pain was so unbearable. None of us had the heart to tell her what the pain meant. She was confused and thought she was dying. It's why i had the doctor sedate her. I didn't want to jump to any conclusions. At least not until i knew what had happened out there.
Louise paced back and forth in front of me as she bit her nails until they were bleeding. As soon as they heal, she will go right back to doing it again. It was driving my mad listening to her, but at the same time, i understood it. I was just as scared.
