Lily's POV
They were close. I could sense them. My gut was right. The hunters had returned. For what reason im not sure. It was clear when i looked around that maybe they were only returning for the stuff they had left behind, but my instincts knew better. They were coming back to make sure we all had died.
I stood waiting for them to come through the clearing. It did occur to me that i may be making the wrong move. I even debated teleporting us out. I just knew if they were coming back here to make sure we were all dead and they saw that we suddenly were gone, i knew more damage may come from that. They needed to believe that they succeeded. It was the only way we stood any chance. Right now, i was just praying that none of the guys would wake up while im dealing with this.
