That afternoon at 3 pm Philip returned to the PA Lab with bags of sick fish for Laura to necropsy. He was feeling quite tired from today's sampling.
Laura, who was used to working overtime on research, didn't mind helping Philip either. Laura deftly separated the sick fish into the tanks and gave her information on the sampling locations according to Philip's data.
Laura took blood samples from all the fish with a 3 ml syringe and asked Philip to transfer them to a blood sample tube one by one, a total of 20 fish of various kinds that she had to kill and then dissect the carcass to take samples of the skin, gills, liver and kidneys which would later be histopathic preparations were made.
