I knew that voice - it was mine.
I do not think the word 'confusion' would properly or adequately describe the shock that coursed through my veins. I could not see his face through his mask, but the voice was clear as day. Before i was gifted the opportunity to ask him what the hell was happening, he sped off and Mike was chasing closely behind him. I watched them off into the distance and leave me behind - all alone. I turned around and faced the house that started this whole s**t show. I had no clue on what was to happen next. He just left here at the entrance of my house - or what used to be. The walls looked deteriorated and i did not want to go inside because i was told that i should remain outside.
I did not really know what i should expect from the events that were to unfold, but
