Beth is about to dial when the phone rings, “unknown number.”
“Answer it,” Filipe says still in a state.
“It is for you, it is Jane,” Beth says handing him the phone.
“Calling to let me know what was written in the newsletter is exactly who you are?” Filipe spat over the phone.
“Yes,” Jane small voice comes through.
“Yes? Yes? Is that all you have to say? Not, I am sorry, or I can explain or forgive me?” Filipe yells over the phone.
“No, as I know none of those will be good enough. Filipe you deserve only the best and that isn’t me.”
“She hangs upped!” Filipe says angry throwing the phone to the ground.
“Guess I will go get you a new one,” Beth says as Filipe storms off.
Filipe rushes off to the stables and gets on the first horse and rides it as hard as he can towards the beach.
