Jane struggled to enjoy the rest of the afternoon as all she could think about is that Mrs. Perez kept her from seeing her friends and from Mrs. Renadli adopting her. ‘Mrs. Renadli did not forget about me, they did not forget about me,’ Jane thinks as the tears start to fall from her eyes.
(What is wrong?) Carlos signs, when he notices that Jane is crying.
“I want to go home,” Jane says.

(Call my friends,) Carlos signs for Jane to let his friends know that they want to go home.
“Hi, guys! I want to go home,” Jane calls out, making Carlo’s friends turn around.
“So soon?” one of them asks.
“Everything ok?” Another asks, noticing that Jane has been crying.
“Everything is fine, I just want to go home, thank you so much for the trouble,” Jane says.
