After Carentin showed Jane his room at the Hotel National Arts et Métiers they went for dinner at the restaurant.
“So will you and your brother be staying here to finish your studies?” Jane asks after ordering her food.
“No, our father wants us to join a Fraternity house,” Carentin says, looking at the alcohol menu.
“I am staying at Hotel d’Aubusson, not too far from here and walking distance from the university. I am yet to decide if I will be joining a sorority house,” Jane says as their food arrives. Jane had only a main; Salmon en Papillote with Vegetables, and Carentin had Bouillabaisse; traditional French fish soup for a starter, and Salmon en Papillote with French fries. Salmon en Papillote is a Salmon fillet wrapped in a parchment paper pouch and baked in the oven.
