“Jane, over here,” April calls out much to Jane’s relief.
Jane sits next to April, “thank you for saving me.”
“No problem. Everyone, as you all know by now, this is Jane the girl I have been jogging within the mornings,” April introduces her to her friends.
“I can not believe your boyfriend dumped you just like that,” one girl says.
“Well, she kind of deserves it,” April’s boyfriend says.
“No-one deserves to be dumped,” April pinch his leg.
“Did she not do that to Filipe?” he asked angrily.
“I will just go find another place, excuse me,” Jane says getting up.
“Please stay,” April tells her to sit.
“No, really, I am not that hungry anymore,” Jane says trying to leave.
“I did not see you at dinner last night so you must be hungry. Please ignore my boyfriend and sit,” April says.
