“Hey girl, don’t be surprised, I am asking because I saw when you were observing how everything works here," the young fighter whispered to me. "And I'm pretty sure you got a good look at everything from up on that hill earlier. And not just that, my wolf suggested that I should ask you what you think would be our best way of making it through this?" He said with his voice laced with hope.
I felt a sudden twist in my stomach… it was an unexpected question… Was he really asking for my opinion? I thought they had not valued me all this while.
