25. Sneaking out

Sasha Sasha could sense something was wrong when Wyatt texted her. At first she was hesitant to sneak out, but if he needed someone and thought of her, she couldn’t let him down. She knew what it was like to feel alone and she didn’t want her friends to feel like that. He was the closest thing she had to a friend aside from Steele-Ground that texted her regularly. So she agreed. She knew he would be here soon, so she didn’t bother changing out of her new painting overalls that were already splattered with a variety of paint colors; she just put her brushes into water to soak clean and closed her paint containers.
