Craig's POV
I shot the man in the head the moment he started talking about what I was doing. I didn't know I was being watched while I was following Athena around. Damn, I wasn't too careful just like now.
Athena witnessed how I killed someone and now she's scared of me. I'm afraid I scared her that she won't ever look me in the eye again.
“You j-just killed s-someone,” she barely mumbled. I looked down because I can't meet her gaze. “Again, I'm sorry,” I said.
She didn't say anything so, I hid my gun and went near her. “It's alright, don't be scared now. I'm here and he's gone. He won't hurt you anymore,” I assured her.
