Helliana wakes up when the rays of the shining sun touched her white glowy skin. She slowly opened her eyes and cover them after she sees the light as she closes it again.
"Arrgggghhh...what time is it?" she asked herself and go back to sleep. The thing is she almost can't sleep last night.
"Find your mate, Helliana." a voice of a woman appeared in her mind. Her eyes circled in shock. Her mother Teresa's voice.
"Mommy," she called her like a baby. "I miss you so much," an ache started from her stomach up to her heart. She can still remember how much she cried when her mom died and laying down in the coffin.
"I wish that I could bring back time where I can hug and kiss you." She whispered. Her eyes glistened when tears freeing themselves to fall, "Why did you leave me huh? I begged you how many times." Helliana couldn't help herself but cry while laying down. Her shoulder slightly trembles in sobs.
She stopped crying when she already ready to find her mate, the man she needs in life.
Her father said that "Your mate will be your forever and he'll become your shield and protector."
She clenched her fist into tight balls and move it from above and pulled down. "I can do this!" she shouted strengthen herself.
And the both of them are ready to go to the place where they want to go. The desire they feel to see each other is what you can see in their faces.
They started to walks in the long way of the Lovely Breathe forest.
Will they see each other?
Helliana is walking silently and adoring the view she's walking through. She didn't know that there is someone who is following her wearing a hat and body covered with huge clothing with the archer in his left hands. He started to make it ready to shoot her and pulled it without letting it go.
When he's ready to shoot her back, Helliana suddenly saw the squirrel and sit to lower her sight, "Oh my gosh! I see you again!" she exclaimed. She didn't know that arrow lost its way to shoot her, "Can I have you as my pet huh? I'll give you food." She innocently talks to the animals.
"Go, shoot her again so we can go home." The man with a cover on his face said eager to shoot her with himself. Her accompany pulled the arrow again ready to free it anytime. The wolf is still talking to the squirrel, "Shoot." He let go of the arrow and in timing, she ducks to see the house of the animal below the big tree.
"What are you doing?! That's only one woman! Damn it!" he shouted and hit him in his head.
Helliana's ears move when she heard them talking. She saw the two arrows in the body of the tree. And cold started to cover her whole body. She shut her eyes.
"How pathetic! Someone is shooting me and I didn't know," she said in her head while thinking what to do. How couldn't she feel it?
"Give me that, I'll shoot her all by myself, bullshit!"
She opened her eyes and roamed them so that she'll know where they are hiding. She holds her bag's strap tight and readied herself to run anytime.
"Catch it, they are hiding at the tall cogon grass, arguing."
"It's my arrow!"
"Your arrow? It's not yours!"
She secretly and slowly walks not to be noticed by the both of them but the first one who shoots her saw her escaping.
"Oh, she's walking!" he shouted. Helliana bit her lips and run as if it's the fastest run she could do.
"Hey! Stop there!" the other man stopped her but she continuously ran. He glared at his partner, "What are you doing?! Catch her, i***t!" he commanded, the man he called i***t startled and nodded his head.
"Yes, yes, master!" he responded and run in a different direction, his master pulled his clothes back.
His forehead creased in irritation, "Where are you going? I said, catch her. She ran in that direction, you f*king idiot." After he said that he hit him in the right arms.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" he pleaded.
"You're wasting our time! Run!" he madly yelled and his veins came out in his neck and head. The i***t man followed him and run in rushed where the woman goes.
As Helliana ran towards the dense forest, she's looking at her back to see if the two men followed her. She didn't know where she's heading now and she didn't know who is following him. She's catching her breath and ready to stop when she bumped into the i***t one.
She stepped back and fear creeps into her.
"Sang! She's here, catches her!" she shouted. He gave her a smile that makes her skin's hair stand.
"Don't go near me! Go away! Who are you?!" fighting the fear she felt she shouted loud at his face.
He glared at her and hold her hand tight so that she can't escape again, "Me? I am Sung! The smartest----," he didn't finish what he said when Helliana interrupts him and grabbing her hands from Sung's grip.
"What do you need?! Why are you doing this?! I don't know you!"
"Sung! Where are you? Did you caught her?"
He smirked, "The Alpha knows us well, hmmm? We're here, Sang!" his late response.
Helliana tried to kick his balls but Sung is attentive enough to stop her, "Ah ah ah!" his fingers going side by side, "You can't beat the smart----- aw! Ouch!" he groaned.
For the second time, Helliana kicked her in his ball and he didn't know it's coming.
"Nope, I am the smartest." She whispered and run but she stopped and gave him a looked, "Make sure to read the first encyclopedia, almanac, and dictionary to beat me."
She continues running leaving Sung holding his balls kneeling on the dried leave of the tree.
"Where is she?!" Sang asked fuming. Sung pointed in the direction and he sees Helliana, he readied the arrow and followed her.
"I'm coming! Run as fast as you could, Alpha's daughter!"
Helliana's hand is sweating cold even if it's so hot, her legs are shaking and fear contained her. She's so tired of running away from them but the man named Sang followed her like he's not getting tired.
She stopped and hold her knee, "Oh, daddy. I'm so tired, why are they following me?"
When she finally rest a bit and step forward, one arrow hit her right arm. Her clothes ripped and blood started to drip down to the dry leaves.
"Stop right there or I will kill you."
Helliana's eyes started to watery as she covers her arms to stop the blood to flow out. She stepped forward and another arrow shoots her left leg.
"One step and one arrow. Why aren't you changing into wolves?!"
Her jaw and hand clenched, "What do you need?! I didn't do anything to you!" she shouted with a shaky voice.
"I NEED YOU TO BE DEAD!" he shouted out another arrow to touch her shoulder.
"Sang! Why did you shoot her?! We should bring her alive!"
Helliana hand the arrow in her legs and pulled it out as she groaned loudly, "Arrgggghhh!"
Her eyes become red in anger, she's ready to go but one thing for sure she can't escape that fast while the both of them arguing manage to escape, she endures the pain in her legs, arms and the arrow is still in her shoulder.
"Stop it and follow her, Sung! You irritating me!"
"Yes, yes, yes! I am the smart----," Sang cut him off and hit him.
"Stop that nonsense!"
