As of last night, Leah knew she wasn"t going anywhere, except to the altar with Hugh Radcliffe. But she didn"t feel like a radiant bride when Jane and her tiring women helped her on with her wedding raiment. She felt just as she had every day since she"d gotten here—like she was dressing for a medieval costume ball. As the maids arranged the satin and lace skirts about her, she wondered how Hugh felt; was he as jittery as she?
