LUCAS POV
as soon as i walked in, i saw her hugging someone her best friend i supposed. but why is she hugging her if they want to talk they can just talk no need to get physical. i clear my throat to catch her attention and it's work she lift her head to look at me, i moved closer to her and pull her away from her friend.
" baby, you shouldn't be giving what mine to someone else. you should be hugging me, not her" i
"wait don't tell me i can't even hug my bestie now that she's got a boyfriend?"Betty said folding her hand
"how can you be so petty,? no way i don't trust my bestie with you. lyla break up with him right now, okay?" she said again
what's this witch talking about i just reunited with my baby and she wants her to break up with me? it's seems my baby really like her it's better not to offend her
"am just joking how can you take it seriously " i said smiling at her i put lyla hand around her making her hug her
"you can hug her all you want okay?"
i told her as i turn to leave.
A MONTH LATER
it's been a month now since my baby and i got together. she's more free with me now and i like it right now we are in my house watching movies in the living room.
"what movie do you want to watch? " i asked holding the remote control.
"i want horror movie "
"you want to watch that? you won't be scared? you better don't cry later "
" Betty said horror movie are romantic when you watch it with your boyfriend, so i want to try "
"okay then"
i Play the movie she was very calm at first, the suddenly the TV show a woman in a white dress with blood stained all over it and blood dripping from her eyes, nose, and mouth. she has a very long nails with her hair covering her face.as soon as she saw the woman i can feel her body started trembling. my little cute Lyla is such a scardy cat. then Suddenly the woman in the TV show suddenly jumped as if she wants to come out lyla got scared she jumped into my hands hugging me tightly.
"Lucas am scared, she's so scary "she said hugging me tightly
"really you don't think it's romantic anymore why don't we watch it a little longer maybe we can find the romance in it " i said wanting to put her down to continue watching.
"no no i don't want to watch anymore. turn it off " she said still shaking.
she clings to me all night not letting go, even when she fell asleep she still holds me.
i woke up in the middle of the night to get some water.
"Lucas where are you going?"
"be good am going to get some water, good girl sleep okay?" but she won't listen she keeps shaking her head like a little bunny
"no am going with you what if the bad woman come to get me " she said getting out of bed
"okay let's go"
"Lucas carry me " she said spreading her arms like a little baby wanting her mommy to carry her. i lift her up in bridal style and take her down stairs with me
"sit here let me get some water okay?" i put her on the couch and turn on the light before she complain about bad woman wanting to kidnap her again
but got to admit she's cute when she's scared, she's been the spoiled princess since she was little.
her grandpa dote on her so much because he's the only one she's got. her parents divorce when she was little but none of them want her custody, her mom dislike her for being a girl and her dad remarried and start a new life she was raised by her grandfather who loves and spoiled her so much
i can still remember the first time i saw her, she was so beautiful. i fell for her at first sight.
