Flynn
The sun was streaming through my window when I woke up on Saturday morning. I jumped up instantly and began getting ready. Today was the day I get to spend with Lilah. With some other people too, but most importantly, with Lilah.
I raced into the shower before heading downstairs to pack the car.
"How about some breakfast?" Mum called to me as I practically ran out of the back door and to the shed where our surfing stuff was kept.
"I'll grab a banana in a second!" I called back.
I strapped the boards onto the roof of the car and chucked some towels, beach shade and eski into the boot. Benjamin was going to drive his car as well, so that we would all fit. I just hoped that Lilah would come in my car with me.
