As Nina was caught in the turmoil of her thoughts, the gentle sound of church bells rang through the air, pulling her back to reality. She looked around and spotted a church steeple peeking out from the trees not far away. It was a new church, still under construction, with someone painting the altar. Standing at the entrance, Nina peered inside. Two men were at work. One, with long dark hair and a muscular build, was painting. The other, much thinner, was sitting on the floor, hammering nails into something. "Good morning. Would it be alright if I took a quick look inside?" Nina called out to them. "No, sorry. Still under construction. Ah!" The thinner man let out a sudden yelp, startling Nina. She quickly turned around, expecting to see something behind her—but there was nothing.
