Jesse closed the door behind him as he carried in the rest of the bags. It didn’t take long to unpack the groceries or any of the other things he’d bought. He hadn’t meant to buy so much, but once he made up his mind, there was nothing to stop him. He would make sure Cori’s Christmas was everything she wanted it to be.
