“I am going out,” I yelled.
The only one who answered was Arline.
“Take care, Hun.” She stuck her head out of her bedroom door.
I waved at her.

I climbed into Ashton’s car and drove to his place.
The car had a tag that allowed it entrance to the garage. I parked it there and texted Ash.
ME:
“I am at the garage.”
