Vann hurriedly said, "Actually, I understand what you all want. I am here today to make a few rules clear for you all. If you can abide by it, then I will be your boss. If you can't, then I will leave immediately."

"Good! I'll get straight to the point then. Firstly, you cannot get involved in p*********y, drugs or gambling. Secondly, you mustn't rob or bully the weak. You cannot extort protection fees from the citizens either. Thirdly, you must not engage in any illegal activities. Can you all uphold these three rules?"
Everyone fell into a dead silence upon hearing Vann's words.
If they could do as Vann had requested, they could even be considered as proper upstanding citizens, and cease to be known as gangsters.
