Chapter 7

I stayed completely silent as Rebecca completely cleaned out my body of its blood, and prepared them for the buyers. Even though I feel literally drained dry, my heart was still beating a mile a minute and my mind was racing with thoughts. ‘That’s why he’s here?! How the f**k did he know where I'm working?!’ I thought to myself as I began really panicking. It was perfect timing to interrupt my thoughts and snap me back to reality when Tina came in with Wyatt in tow, carrying a large plate of food for me. “Six pints of blood sold!” She cheered happily. “Our newcomers tonight are already prepaying for a spot at your stage again next weekend! Oh, what a good night!” I sat up smiling, feeling pretty damn weak at the moment. “Nice. How much does that make the payout?” I asked. “And what is that?” Wyatt set the food down on a table tray and uncovered the food to reveal a delicious array of my favorite sushi rolls, miso soup, two McDonald's McChicken sandwiches with fries, and a big piece of fudge brownie. “The girls gave us some recommendations for what kind of food you like.” Tina stated, clearly grossed out by the McDonald's. “Oh, and I dropped by Micah's for a little something extra for you.” She pulled out two large cups. One was a fountain cup filled with what I hope is Pepsi, and the other was black insulated tumbler. “A large diet Pepsi to go with your…food.” She stated. “And o-negative, fresh from the bank.” My stomach growled in anticipation, which led both Tina and Wyatt into laughing. “Worked up quite an appetite.” He said, handing me the straws and some napkins. “Eat up.” “Yes, eat up dearie. Once you're finished, we should have your payout ready for you.” Tina said before leaving the room with Wyatt in tow. After the door closed, I dug into the food, and it was far from pretty. The soup was the first thing to go, then the fries and sandwiches, and finally the brownie. I was saving the sushi for last after I got the blood down. Drinking blood is still something I struggle with. Full blooded vampires find blood to be the most satisfying thing in the world besides money and s*x, but as a half-blood, it still tastes like warm copper. But it did the trick in helping me get back to my normal self. Once that was gone, I downed my Pepsi and slowly enjoyed my Firecracker sushi with extra wasabi. Once I got a few rolls down, there was a soft knock at the door. “Come in.” I said, wiping my mouth and cleaning up some of the trash. The door opened and it was a very hot and bothered Jonny. “Hey pretty lady.” he said, closing the door behind him. I smiled, amused at how his eyes just ate me up. “Well, hello Jonny.” I said, pushing the tray to the side. “What can I do for you?” He wiped his jaw as he looked at my boots, leading up to my legs, and the special between them. “Just wanna make sure your invitation is still open.” He asked. “I mean, I could see that moiseur Andy was feeling it tonight too.” I arched my brow at his suggestion. “Oh, does that bother you?” I asked, slowly moving the blanket off my shoulders. “Hmmm…” he stated off. “Just don't wanna cause any problems. I do enjoy this job. And all the…benefits.” “Like the views?” I asked, yanking the blanket off to expose my bra to him and slowly getting off the bed. “Yeah…somethin’ like that.” He said, taking a step towards me. “Ah.” I said, stopping him in his tracks. “Lock the door.” Without a word, he did as I said. “Good boy. Now.” I said, motioning towards the ground with my finger. “Sit.”
