John POV:
Bastet is missing captured, killed, or worse. It seems everyone is mad at me for some reason, I didn’t tell her to run after that woman. Nor did anyone tell her to engage with the wolves. How the f**k I was supposed to know what would happen. When Abrams came down the hill, he put the woman on the bus and took off to take them to safety. I waited for the last bus to be filled as I provide it with cover just in case any wolves come. When the bus was filled, I got on and left with them.
It wasn’t until we get back to the association that anyone realized that Bastet and McKee were missing. I tried radioing her but no response I even radioed McKee as well no response. We had men double-check the buses just to make sure, but neither of them was there. Abrams
