Mark and Juraens spent two hours at the SPCA in Eatontown and obtained twenty-six cats, a record haul. At first they got pushback from the volunteers and the manager of the shelter. “I don’t know why you need so many cats and I don’t know who you are. But our animals will not be taken for medical experiments.”
Juraens produced the documents. “I can’t take this on face value. Let me make a few calls.”
