I make my way to my room; I close the door behind me. I heard him on the phone, and I didn’t want to accidentally easedrop on his work call. Some of what he deals with is sensitive information right? Like it involves other people’s fortunes.
I’ve wondered if I should ask him to help me as well. I didn’t ask because I didn’t want him to feel obligated to help me. Just because we were dating. We were dating, right? Were we still in the talking phase? We’ve been seeing each other for weeks already.
I can already picture a future with Ryan. A life with our children, and his friends. Our children being as close as cousins. Maybe his brother will find a woman he loves as well.
