Lena arranged to meet Emma today, and prior to this, Emmett had threatened her, saying he would take him along.
She reluctantly called him and to her surprise, Emmett was very proactive this time, arriving outside her residential area in less than half an hour.
Lena's car was still under repair, so I had to knock on her car window.
"Mr. Wright, could you give me a ride along the way?"
I don't know if it was her imagination, but Emmett seemed to have dressed up nicely today.
Emmett sneered coldly, raised his chin, and motioned for her to come up.
Lena sensibly didn't sit in the front passenger seat, but instead sat in the back.
The car suddenly shot out, and her face almost hit the back of the front seat.
Emmett let out a cold sneer again, "Don't get your foundation on my car."
