Moment of Truth

After dinner, Namjoon’s group took care of washing the dishes. Others decided to swim in the lake. Yuri stayed on a bench near the lake watching them. Tzuyu, Jimin, IU, Hoseok and Namjoon joined later on. It's getting colder and Yuri shivers in her seat.  After sometime, she felt someone is standing next to her.

Taehyung: Hey, here use this(giving a towel to Yuri). Saw you shivering earlier.

Yuri: Thanks, Tae.

Hearing Yuri called him by his nick name brought some memories back. He never imagined hearing that again from her. They stayed staring at each other for a couple of minutes.

Taehyung: May I? (Asking her if he can take a seat beside her)

Yuri: Oh, ah.. yeah sure. (Slip on the other side to make space for Taehyung)

Taehyung sat beside her. There’s silence for quite sometime until Taehyung speaks.

Taehyung: Im sorry, Yuri. 

Yuri was shocked, hearing what he said but she kept silent

Taehyung: I'm sorry I left and didn’t give you any reason at all. I'm sorry I caused you so much pain. I’m sorry that I hurt you. Took Yuri’s hand then looked at her with teary eyes.

I'm sorry. You don’t deserve that… I was so selfish that I chose to hurt you rather than face the consequences of my actions. 

Yuri: Forget about it Tae. It’s OK. I'm OK now. I understand the pressure that you’re feeling for being popular at school. Don’t worry, I have forgiven you already. Let’s just move on and forget everything…

Taehyung: Everything?! Maybe I can move on.. but.. I can’t forget everything. I can’t forget you. I can't forget us. (Tears running down his face)

Yuri wiped his tears and cupped his face with both of her hands. Her face is also covered in tears.

Yuri:  Hey, please don’t cry… it’s really OK.

Taehyung: (Smiles) Please don’t cry also(wiping Yuri’s tears). I hate seeing you cry, especially if it's because of me…

They stared at each other for a couple of seconds then Taehyung moved his face closer to Yuri’s face and kissed her. It's a long lingering kiss. A kiss that tells how they really miss each other. 

Taehyung’s POV

I miss you, Yuri. Your lips are still soft as I remember. Your scent is still as sweet.Just the way I like it.  I miss kissing you like this…I can kiss you like this forever.

Yuri’s POV

You’re still my Tae Tae after all… I miss you so much, my Prince. :(

Taehyung: I love you, Yuri… I still do. Well, I never stopped loving you anyways. And Im still your Winter Bear… your Prince (wider box smile). Hmmmm are you still willing to be my Princess?

Yuri: Yes, I am.. Really want to.. but…how about Jennie? 

Taehyung: Let me handle that, Princess. (Enveloped Yuri in his arms, kissed her forehead then gave another peck on her lips). I love you, Yuri.

Yuri: I love you too, Taehyung.

Yuri’s POV

This is surreal. I never imagined this to happen. I thought there’s no way Im getting back together with Taehyung. I thought our story has ended.
