Grandpa frowned, “If that little albino looking creature so much as hurts a hair on Tama’s head. I’m gonna…” His words were cut off when he found himself lifted into the air by his throat.
“That’s Kyoko’s grandfather you ass! If you hurt him, she will never forgive you.” Tasuki yelled as he hit a button on the staff and a vicious looking blade shot out of the end, enabling him to behead the vampire between him and Hyakuhei. He shot forward to free the elder, only to end up in the same position as Grandpa.
Hyakuhei held them in place with their feet dangling but didn’t cut off their air. After a moment they stopped struggling and Grandpa’s eyes strayed to the other vampires still around them.
“Hey kid,” He whispered to Tasuki. “Put that staff to good use.”
