CHAPTER SIX- BEHIND THE MASK IS AN ACT 

Boys running on the field to play soccer/football on a sunny morning, girls cheering and watching from a far is the latest scenario on Madison highschool. Rhyme's team is competing to another team in a friendly game offered by the team leader whom is Seve Rodriguez. The man in second spot who hates Rhyme a lot.

When Seve's team got the higher score for the past minutes, he utterly look at Rhyme and told him, ''Your mates should keep up bro'' but of course he didn't mind it. Most of his team mates are not players, there his classmates that where force into this kind of play by Seve while they where just passsing like Eros McGregory.

Sweat poured down on Eros's face, he hesitantly stepped onto the soccer field and glance at the two large white goals stood at the opposite ends of the field. It isnt his first time playing but he wasnt just good at it that's why is in the chess club now adays.

Eros looked at their opponents cocky chest stood out as they run onto the pitch. His fingers were trembling and legs were shaking as HONK! HONK! The loud whistle for the halftime had gone off. Every exhausted player had gathered around Rhyme who didn't even sweat one bit.

What are we gonna do now? They are winning?'' One boy asked whose one of the soccer player of their school. ''Isnt this just like cheating...Seve forced us to join your team while he got all the real one?'' Eros gently told Rhyme about his opinion whom replied, ''I knew but no one is real or fake. Don't worry we will lose but they'll never win''.

Having that sly smile on his face, everyone had goosebumps within them and they just accepted the fact but still gave the best they got because afterall this is a friendly match. Below the sun shone brightly, on the soft grass and a flawless motion they went back. 

After a couple of minutes shielding the ball against their opponents; Eros got the oppurtunity to passed it on Rhyme, the attacker who quickly took the ball and sprinted towards the opposition goal as determination pumps through his teammates body. 

He took a shot at the goal from a range and smirked onto himself and waited as the ball flew through the air while Seve is the goal keeper at that time.

He can't be underestimasted until everyone was stunned when he catches the ball but it continues to advance because of it's strength causing the ball to slipped in his hand and it hit him hard that he actually was dragged onto the corner of the goal like a ball.

Ah! I think I broke my ankle!'' Rhyme acted as if he was hurt so he was immediately brought to the clinic by his teammates while Seve pass out but instead of the clinic, he was brought to a near hospital to check whether he got any injuries on the stomach.

The clinic's doctor, Athena Hera Monerliff look at him with a tight-lipped as she finished bandaging Rhyme's ankle. ''Are you gonna stay or leave right away?'' She asked him whose sat down on the edge of the bed, ''Why do you help me?''. A question that came out from his mouth to the woman standing infront of him.

Well...your kind. I saw you fed cats on the street, gave the homeless man an umbrella when it's raining and help the old lady find her grandson's classroom once'' Athena blurted out, she is a brutally honest person and always observe others around her. ''Athazagarophobia'' Rhyme spouted the word out of a sudden, he doesnt even listen to her and added, ''The fear of forgetting. Forgotten or ignored''.

How did you know?'' Athena asked with a little bit of hesitation as Rhyme gazed at something which cause her to look too, ''Oh! It's label on the pill. I don't what to write my name so I write my phobia instead'' meaning its her medicine. ''How long have you been taking it?'' Rhyme asked so she quickly replied, ''Days. I bought it on a small time company''.

The enemies company is getting bigger and popular day by day and Rhyme can't do anything about it because his lack of force to ambushed the enemy and he knew they are much stronger than him, ''Don't take those anymore it can severely affect your mental health''.

Okay...I wouldnt ask why even if the description of the pill is fine but can I asked you about the g*n shot?'' Athena agreed to Rhyme but in a different topic, she wanna know how he got those. She was just buying food that night on a grocery store when she saw blood on the ground that's when she trace it and saw Rhyme on the counter bleeding while buying some medicines.

She eventually help Rhyme removed the bullets in his body on her house without anesthesia; confirming a conclusion that she had in mind, Rhyme has Congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis (CIPA) also known as hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy type lV, is an inherited disease where there is an inability to feel pain, temperature and decreased or absent sweating (anhidrosis).

Athena didnt tell her friend Renesmae about his brother's condition and just keep it a secret while Rhyme knew Athena is her sister's friend which he find himself dissapointed because he was vulnerable at that time. Back to the present then Rhyme answered her question, ''You should stay that way but keep your distance away from me'' as he stood up and leave the clinic.
