Chapter 2:-Meetimg Liam William

Today I am going to be Mr Liam William bodyguard

I wonder why they decided to give me such an easy mission, I would be guarding the great king of the business world.

Sir Douglas decided that I should guard him and then kill him, how is he so special from the rich people who I have killed so easily with a sniper rifle,

I could have just taken him out so as easily not waste time

Anyways I would still kill him Amy smiled mummuring and laughing to herself.

At Liam's office.

Amelia Torres, this is Liam William, Your boss, Mr Salvador, Sir Douglas spy working as Liam's ally to kill him

I don't need a bodyguard Salvador more. of a female. Salvador did you explain her work for her,

U are acting as my bodyguard but you are not, your work is to get rid of all these girls around me since you have the face of a pretty girl

In public you would act as my lover even though you don't look much, people love a pretty face which you've got that's all the body guard part is to stop my mum from feeling worried

Yes boss I replied looking at the person who just said that I don't look much,

He's damn rude, killing him would be so easy he wants to make me his acting lover and he's making fun of my skills as a sniper he must die.

Even though it was never my intention to kill him immediately my only mission in life is to kill Liam William.

I smirked devilishly at him. I took a deep breath, considering her next move. I had to be careful - any misstep could jeopardize my mission. But I also couldn't shake the feeling of anger and how rude he was being

Suddenly, a voice broke through her thoughts.

"Amy? Are you alright?"

It was Liam, his voice full of concern. Amy looked up, meeting his gaze.

"Yes, I'm fine," she said, trying to sound calm and collected. Mr Salvador you are dismissed. I held Liam's gaze, trying to appear cool and confident. But inside, my mind was racing. I had to find a way to get out of this situation, how can I be his acting girlfriend when I am here to kill him.As she considered her options, Liam spoke again."I'm sorry if I've been making you uncomfortable," he said, his voice soft. "That wasn't my intention. I just wanted to make sure you were doing okay. I know this can be a stressful job, and I never told you about the acting girlfriend part, my mum has always been trying to set me up with girls.I don't want to and I don't want you to feel alone or quit this Job finding a female that can be both a bodyguard and a girlfriend is difficult and I don't really need a bodyguard so I'm looking for a girl that is both a bodyguard and it's pretty so she can be my girlfriend so my mum won't be asking me to find a woman for myself. Amy felt a flicker of surprise. Was Liam actually trying to be nice?

my was caught off-guard by Liam's confession. She had expected him to be arrogant and entitled, but instead, he was actually being considerate. She wasn't sure what to make of it. Why does Sir Douglas want to kill Liam so badly, He doesn't seem like an evil person or someone to be afraid of. Or is he just trying to manipulate me?

That must be it's because Sir Douglas can never be wrong.

"Thank you for being concerned, I said, carefully weighing my words. "I appreciate your thoughtfulness."

Liam smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Of course," he said. "I just want to make sure you know that you can always talk to me if you need to."That's very kind of you," I said, trying to keep my voice even. "But I'm not sure that's necessary. I'm just here to do my job, and I'm confident I can handle it."Liam's smile faded, and he gave her a probing look. "You sure about that?" he asked, his tone gentle but firm. "I've been doing this for a long time, and I know it's not always easy. But I am sure that I can handle it.Besides it's just to act as your girlfriend how hard can it be, we won't kiss and I will just follow you around while protecting you.It's quite easy for the money that you would be paying me. I smiled at him.

But despite her words, I couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled in my stomach. I had never been in a situation like this before, and I wasn't insure how she would handle it.Acting as Liam's girlfriend while knowing that my mission was to kill him felt like a betrayal of her own morals. She knew she was walking a dangerous line, and that one misstep could lead to disaster. But she also knew that this was the only way to get close to him, to learn his secrets and to gain his trust. She was willing to do whatever it took to complete her mission, even if it meant putting herself in an uncomfortable position.

She took a deep breath, willing herself to stay calm and focused. She couldn't let her emotions get the better of her, not now. she wasn't sure if she could keep up the act.

"I'm sure I can handle it," she said, her voice firm.

He paused for a moment, then continued. "I have to say, I'm impressed with how well you've been handled the situation so far. You've shown a lot of courage and strength in the face of this difficult request.

No issues . But for now, I had to play along. I had to keep up the act.

"Of course, Amy," he said. "I know you're just doing your job and you are getting paid but not everyone can be an acting girlfriend and a bodyguard So I want to make sure you know how much I appreciate what you are doing for me.

He paused, looking at me expectantly.

"Well, you're doing a fantastic job so far," he said, his voice warm and sincere. "I couldn't have asked for anyone better for the job."Yhh Got that Boss not everyone can be hired as a bodyguard but found out there's also an acting girlfriend involved.

I replied letting my irritation sip through my tongue. Why does he keep thanking me

So annoying.I thought hard looking at him.

Liam raised an eyebrow at my tone, and I could tell he had picked up on my irritation.

"Everything okay?" he asked, his expression concerned. "You seem a bit on edge."

I swallowed, trying to keep myself composed. "I'm fine," I said, trying to sound as reassuring as possible. "Just trying to focus on the job."

But I could tell he wasn't completely convinced.

"You can talk to me if there's something bothering you," he said. "I want you to be comfortable in the role of my girlfriend.

Everything cool but you worry too much and you also talk alot.

Liam let out a chuckle. "I can't help it - I'm just a talkative guy. But don't worry, I won't let it interfere with the job."

Ok, That's cool. Just learn not to talk too much people who talk too much tends to irritate me.

I replied looking straight into his ocean blue eyes.

"I'll try to rein it in, for your sake."

I'll be grateful I replied trying not to smile

Try to rein it in that's a funny one.i wondered what he's trying to do.

"But seriously, I'll try to keep my chattiness in check.

Please do that.I smiled wryly at him.

I appreciated his effort to lighten the mood, and I felt a bit more relaxed.

But not too relaxed to forget if he doesn't die, I die.

So I must kill him.

Is there anything else that came with the job offer that I am not aware of.

I asked faking a smile at him.Nothing you are dismissed Liam said waving his arms for me to disappear.
