She was escorted by the driver and Mindy to a small fashion boutique. She picked out a simple white casual dress for her upcoming wedding with Nick. The next day would be a formal occasion, but not particularly special. There was no reason to celebrate.
"Oh, I still can’t believe that you’re going to marry Sir Nick,” Mindy said while they were inside the car, way back to the mansion. Sir Charles talked to us and asked us to keep it secret that Axel was your ex-boyfriend. It may cause trouble, especially since Ma’am Fiona is just nearby.
"Oh, yeah, I can't believe it either," the driver, Mr. Looney, said. "Sir Charles was desperate to make Sir Nick marry so that he could remove his attention from Ma'am Fiona."
