Chapter 3

What doesn’t kill me better run!!!!

After a whole long boring week which felt like eternity it was finally here.

I was walking to my department to see if I got the chance to work at Gyldon hospital.

There were a lot of people there checking if they passed or got posted to where they want.

And I walked towards the wall to see mine.

Please please please God I’ll be a good girl I’ll do everything you want please.

I said and I reached there as I stood towards the wall not been able to open my eyes to check.

And I finally opened my eyes to see my name on the fifth position and with that a wide smile spread on my face causing my heart to jump in joy and I rushed back as the people were crowding me.

And I called my mom and she answered.

“I made it I made it I made it mom” I said screaming in joy and jumping.

“Congratulations baby I knew you will be able to do it” she told me in joy.

“Thanks mom”

“So will you be able to work at Gyldon” she asked.

“I hope so mom” I said.

And with that the principal made an announcement.

“All top 10 students should move to my office now” he said.

“Mom I have to go love you”

“Okay bye baby” she said and I hung up.

I walked towards the wall the principal’ office with the rest following behind and some already there.

“I guess you all know why you are here right” he said.

And we all responded yes some also nodded like me.

“Okay so you will start your internship first thing tomorrow but the information reaching us is only five of you will be able to work at Gyldon” he said.

And my heart started beating.

“But why sir” one girl asked.

“Sorry but that’s the information reaching us and since we want to be fare we decided on random picks” he said.

“Okay so theses are the people going to Gyldon”

“Andrea” he called out.

Wait what I’m first on board.

I walked towards the him and he handed me a document.

“So sign here and here” he said pointing to where I should sign and I did.

“Congratulations you really did deserve it see you on your graduation” he said and I nodded excitedly.

“Thank you soo much sir” I said took copy of the documents and left.

Well I can’t wait to tell mom and Phil about this I’m soo f*****g happy.

I said and rushed to the dormitory as I bumped into someone making me fall on my ass.

“Ouch” I said.

I stood up cleaning my dress and I looked at him.

He was wearing Armani black suit and he was tall with broad shoulders and his muscles were very thick.

He had a curly reddish brown hair just like mine even tho they said it’s luck of nutrient it looks good.

He had hazel eyes and his jaw line were perfect he looked just like a Greek god or even a mafia boss.

“I’m sorry sir” I said fastly.

“I hope you are okay” I said looking at him if he was kinda hurt.

Hurt really???? This guy is like 6’1 and I’m just 5’5 and he is also wey more stronger than me and you are telling me about hurt very funny.

He was still looking at me with an expression I can’t describe it.

And with that he just left without saying anything.

I saw ladies drooling and some whispering stuffs when they saw him.

Girls

“How rude” I said and went back to my excitedly face and move back to my happy face.

I moved to the hostel and saw Phil there.

This girl.

“I got it I got it I got it I got it!!!” I said yelling and jumping in happiness.

She also stood up holding my hands and jumping with me.

“Really I knew you will get it” she said excitedly.

“Yeah yeah what about it had it”

“It’s my dad’ company and you think I won’t get it” she said shaking her head.

“Sorry like I said I sometimes forget I’m talking to the billionaire’ favorite and daughter” I said and we chuckled.

“I have to park home I’m starting tomorrow” I said.

“Soo soon”

“Yeah”

“So until graduation then” she said.

“Come on don’t be like that I’ll come and visit you when I get the time okay I promise” I told her.

“Okay”

“So will you help me park mom will be here soon” I said and she nodded as she helped me park.

After an hour mom called.

“I’m here” she said

“Okay I’m on my way mom” I said.

And I grabbed my bags as Phil helped me witg some and went to the parking lot to see mom standing there with her Toyota Camry.

Well that is what we can afford mine is BMW.

She helped me put the luggages in the bout and I closed it.

I hugged Phil tightly.

“I’m going to miss you” she said.

“Me to” I told her back.

And we broke it.

“Take care” I told her and she nodded.

My mom also hugged her and we left.

We reached home and I started unpacking my stuffs and cleaning up the room again.

“All done” I said and I threw myself on the bed.

“Dinner is ready” mom yelled.

“Coming” I yelled back.

I went to the bathroom and freshen up as place on something comfortable.

I walked to the dinning area and saw she has already set the table.

“Here come in sit down” she said.

And I went to sit by her.

“So good start tomorrow” she said.

“Yeah little nervous” I said honestly.

“Hey you will do good trust me” she said and I smiled.

“Yeah I know” I said.

We talked about random stuffs and we finished eating as I washed the plate and headed to bed.

“Goodnight mom” I said.

“Goodnight baby” she came to me and kissed my forehead as I entered my room.

Huh how I miss my lovely bed.

And with that I slept.

Tomorrow is going to be a long day.
